Are all your products Australian Made? YES! We are a young family, living in rural NSW, creating custom metal art all from our back yard!

I cant find what I’m after, can you create me something? YES! Please send us an email and we will be in touch. 

Sizing of my Custom Property or House Sign? Our website shows approximate sizing as every sign is custom designed. This means that your sign can be up to the size you have selected, at the widest section. For example, if you would like a sign 50cm x 70cm you need to purchase a sign “Medium – up to 70cm”. If your sign is 60cm x 90cm you need to purchase a sign “Large – Up to 100cm”.

If you would like a sign larger, smaller or an odd size, than what is stated on the website – it is easily done – please email us for a personalised quote!

My Raw item has grinding marks and some imperfections on it, it this normal? YES! This will rust out in no time – trust us, leave them out in the weather for a few weeks and it will add to the character of the final product!

How do I make my silhouette stand up? We ask at the checkout if you would like a stake at the bottom, Left or Right Hand side or Top of your silhouette to affix it. 

What is a backing plate? Our signs come standard as one plate. With a backing plate, the wording is no longer see through. The wording stands out, which adds that extra WOW factor.

What is metal powder coating and what colours do you have available?  Powder coating is a extremely high quality and durable finish.

We have all standard paint colours available, from our most popular, satin black and pearl white to hammertone copper – Please just send us an email if you would like an abstract colour and we will let you know what we can create.


Can you create something totally different from what is shown on your website? YES! Send us an email and we can collaborate to create something amazing.

Do you have different silhouettes that are not shown on your website? YES! We have hundreds, so if you send us an email through the contact us page with what you are looking for – we will be happy to assist! 

Do you have different decorative screen designs? YES! We have so many to choose from, we have just put our most popular decorative screens on the website – but feel free to email a photo of what you would like, or we can send you some other designs we have available. 

Can I have a different size to what is shown on your website? YES! EVERYTHING is custom, made to your order, so if you would like a dog slightly larger, or decorative screen to fit in a small space – send us an email and we will let you know a price for this.

How long should I have to wait for my order to be dispatched? Once you have approved the final design, your order should be made and dispatched within 7-14 working days. If we are designing a custom sign for you, we will endevour to be in touch within 7 working days to discuss what you would like! 

If you need something in a hurry – please send us an email with your order number, and we will let you know an exact ETA. 

If I have a sign with a rusty front and a backing plate, will the rust run onto the backing plate? Yes, it will over time. It is your responsibility to disuses with us the best ways to maintain your product.


Shipping Details

At present, shipping is FREE. This will be via regular post and courier services, NOT express. Please tell us if you would like express postage. 

For larger custom items there will be a shipping fee – we will discuss shipping methods with you, prior to you placing your order.

Free Pickup for Gunnedah and surrounds is also available. 

Terms and Conditions

Order Cancellations

If you order online, your order may only be cancelled if we receive and acknowledge notice from you within 24 hours of you placing your order. This however, will be at the discretion of Custom Cutting Studio and there will be an administration fee of $20 taken off your refund.

If we are creating a custom order for you, there is a NO CANCELLATION OR RETURNS  policy after you have approved the final draft. 

If you are not happy with the quality of your product or feel your order is faulty or wrong, we must hear from you within 7 days of you receiving your order, in order for a refund to occur (this will be at the discretion of Custom Cutting Studio and with an administration fee of $20).


Personal information collected by Custom Cutting Studio will not be passed onto any third party and will remain confidential.


Custom Cutting Studio will not be liable for any damage caused by any product or service, once the product leaves the Custom Cutting Studio Office. 

Custom Cutting Studio will not guarantee any product we sell will be overly durable, even though we are using high quality metal and paint products. The signs are subject to Australia’s very harsh weather conditions. We will however always be happy to discuss with you options for the best way you can maintain your product, at your own expense, if you get in contact.  This is your responsibility to ensure they are maintained. 

SOLAR LIGHTS; If you choose to add LED Solar Lights to your sign. We will supply  you with high quality lights and the components to run these (not including the battery). Custom Cutting Studio DO NOT guarantee the products longevity nor will supply a warranty. We will however, ensure the lights work before shipping, and will supply you with photographic evidence. If the lights do not work on arrival, this is now your responsibility. We are happy to supply written details about each component, so they can be replaced at your expense, when asked via email.
