Custom Property Sign

Need to spruce up the front of your property or house? What better way than a custom property sign? Customise all elements, from size, wording, font, graphics, colour combinations as well as the addition of LED lights – to perfectly suit your needs (You will be emailed a final design before manufacturing).

Wording Requirements:

Please type all words you require, with exact spelling and CAPSLOCK (if wanted). This gives the designer a great starting point

Graphic Requirements:

If you have a graphic you would like, please list. If you would like more than 3, please contact us. We will talk with you further after receiving your order and sending a draft.

Material Thickness:

1.6mm (Standard) or 2mm – The thicker you choose, the sturdier the product – especially on larger items.

3mm and 5mm is available, however please contact us for a custom quote, as items can get very heavy.

Material Choice:

• Mild Steel – Will Rust naturally over time, and continue to do so
• COR-TEN Steel – Will Rust naturally over time, however will stop and should be corrosion resistant. Worth the extra $$!

Note; your sign will come with some imperfections and grinding marks from the production process. This product will rust naturally and in no time, if left out in the weather, you will not be able to notice these!

Colour Choice:

• Powder Coated – Gives a extremely high quality painted finish. Highly recommended for longevity of your product.

Backing Plate:
Optional, but we would recommend a backing plate to add that extra WOW factor.

Use a contrasting material – we always love Stainless Steel behind!

LED SOLAR LIGHTS!

LED Lights take your sign to the next level, you will not regret it! A backing plate is required for LED lights. We will supply the LED lights, and a solar charging panel. We do not supply the battery; you will be required to buy a LED Acid rechargeable 12V battery – we will discuss this with you further. Powdered LED Lights are also available upon request – please contact us!

 

All products are custom made and designed – Please allow between 7 – 21 working days for dispatch. If you choose powder coating, this may increase your wait time up to 30days. If you require this product urgently, please send us an email with your order number and we will advise on an exact time frame.

You will be emailed a copy of the product design, to scale, for your approval, BEFORE manufacturing commences.
